Beauty Pathway is a youth leadership facilitator with a focus on beauty and wellness.

We believe the next generation of Leaders need knowledge, tools and experience to carve a life of their dreams — a platform that sparks professionalism, purpose, and possibility. We exist to equip the next generation of leaders in the health and beauty sector with the tools they need to build confident careers and bold businesses.

We’re here for the young dreamers, the future salon owners, the creative nurses, and the quiet leaders ready to find their voice.

Our Mission is to spark the seed within young people to become thought leaders and changemakers in the beauty and wellness space.

Meet the Team

  • Michaela - Founder & Programme Director

    Michaela is an entrepreneur and mentor who loves helping young people believe in themselves and follow their dreams. She works in the beauty and wellness industry and teaches others how to become confident leaders in their careers.

    Michaela started her journey by learning skills in beauty and business. Over time, she built companies, organised events, and created programmes to help people grow their confidence, leadership skills, and mindset.

  • Tiffany - Programme Lead

    Tiffany is a passionate PSHE educator and wellbeing advocate who believes that emotional intelligence and self-understanding are just as important as academic success. Through engaging and thought-provoking sessions, she creates safe and inclusive spaces where young people can explore important topics such as identity, mental wellbeing, relationships and personal values.
