  • Our Beauty Skills Programme gives young people hands-on experience with professional beauty and wellness treatments, helping them explore viable and rewarding career pathways.

    Participants will:

    Learn practical beauty techniques such as basic nail care, lash application, skincare fundamentals, and grooming

    Gain insight into career roles within the beauty, health, and wellness industries

    Understand industry standards, professionalism, and client care

    Build confidence in their creativity, technical skills, and work readiness

    CV/Interview preparation and employability development

  • Every woman deserves to feel safe, prepared, and in control. We offer 2 types (trauma informed - minimal/no touch contact and direct contact).

    Our 90-minute Girls & Women’s Self-Defence Workshop is designed to give you practical skills, real-life strategies, and a renewed sense of confidence—regardless of your fitness or experience level.

    This is not about learning to “fight.”
    It’s about learning to protect yourself, set boundaries, and move through the world with power and clarity.

    What You’ll Learn

    Our workshop focuses on simple, effective techniques that anyone can use:

    ✔ Situational Awareness & Prevention

    Understand how to read your environment, trust your intuition, and avoid danger before it occurs.

    ✔ Boundary-Setting & Assertive Communication

    Learn how to use your voice, posture, and presence to deter threats and stand your ground.

    ✔ Practical Self-Defence Techniques

    Hands-on training including:

    • Wrist-grab escapes

    • Choke defence

    • Bear-hug releases

    • Striking basics (palm strikes, knees, elbows)

    • Ground survival & getting back to your feet safely

    ✔ Confidence & Mindset Training

    We combine physical skills with mindset work to help you move with certainty, courage, and self-belief.

  • A session that uses health and beauty as a lens to explore PSHE topics such as self-worth, personal hygiene, body confidence, healthy routines, boundaries, and decision-making. The workshop is designed to be age-appropriate, interactive, and aligned with wellbeing outcomes.

    Our PSHE Health & Beauty Workshop uses health, beauty, and self-care as engaging entry points to explore key personal, social, health, and emotional topics. The session is interactive, age-appropriate, and designed to support the holistic development of young people.

    What young people will learn:

    • The importance of personal hygiene and healthy self-care routines

    • How self-image, confidence, and media influences affect self-esteem

    • Understanding body changes and developing a positive relationship with their appearance

    • Healthy habits that support mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing

    • Boundaries, consent, and decision-making in everyday situations

    • How to communicate needs, feelings, and limits with confidence

  • In-schools Programme

    Facilitator with The Safety Box, supporting 12–14-year-old students experiencing behavioural challenges. Delivered in-class sessions focused on purpose, vision, and self-care.

  • Careers in Beauty

    Hosted a Careers in Beauty pop-up stand at Lambeth College for Black History Month, proudly representing South London as a Jamaican heritage business owner in the beauty industry.

  • Beauty in Brixton

    Collaborated with ML Enterprise to deliver a workshop for a group of girls in Lambeth, teaching fundamental business and life skills, along with an introduction to lash extensions.
