“Lead & Lash” is a 6-week empowerment programme for young people aged 16–19 (25 if your in care) that combines practical beauty training - lash extensions and brows - with personal leadership development and mental wellbeing strategies.

This dynamic programme combines ABT-accredited lash and brow training with personal development, leadership skills, and entrepreneurial mindset workshops — giving young people the confidence and qualifications to succeed in the beauty industry and beyond.
Certification & Progression
Upon completion, participants will receive ABT-Accredited Certificates in:
Classic Lash Extensions
Brow Shaping & Tinting
This qualifies them to:
Obtain insurance
Work in a salon environment
Launch their own freelance services
